INSURANCE AND FEES

• We charge $125 for our initial 60-minute consultations. This is not an intake process, but a means for the client and clinician to meet and determine if neurotherapy is the appropriate course of action for the presenting problem. During this initial meeting, we explain the nature of neurotherapy, the modalities used (i.e. neurostimulation and neurofeedback), and answer any questions the client may have. We take this time with clients initially, because many people who are interested in neurofeedback do not understand what it is or what it does.

• INITIAL CONSULTATION cost – $125.00

Each full Brain Map consists of the following:

• Initial intake meeting and EEG collection (2 hour)
• Written QEEG Report
• Follow up brain map report review and delivery of results, and treatment recommendations (1 hour).

The QEEG is used to generate a unique and custom data driven protocol. This is a blueprint for training your brain. The report work-up includes the consultation of various cortical and sub-cortical databases and the use of multiple software and brain imagining applications. The final report is approximately 15-30 pages in length, complete with summary page, explanatory pictures, graphics, and terminology that is accessible for the layperson, yet true to scientific form. The composition of the report often entails 3-5 hours of additional research.

• INITIAL CONSULTATION cost – $500.00

• Includes: Brainmap, 25 individual sessions​ and unlimited consultations through treatment.
• ​The standard price for the initial brainmap is $500. The standard price for 25 individual session is $3,125.  Purchased separately, the brainmap and individual sessions would be $3,625.  The intensive pricing offers clients a 20% discount on these services.
• ​​This intensive package generally lasts 1-3 months, consisting of tri-weekly or daily treatments for the first few weeks, and titrating back to 2x weekly and the 1x weekly sessions. The intensive includes the price for all reports and brain maps, which occur regularly throughout the course of training.​
