Luci Neumann, PT, MBA, IACCP

President

Luci Neumann joined Vanguard as President in May 2022. She has over 25 years of leadership experience in the health care and business sectors. Prior to joining VCNH, she served as the President and CCO of Smith Asset Management Group and continues to function as the CCO of the firm.  Luci was the COO of Integra Hospital Management from 2007-2008. From 1987-2007, she was employed by Baylor Healthcare System in a variety of roles culminating in her role as President of Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation from 2003-2007. She earned her BS in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1987 and her MBA from University of Texas at Dallas in 1997.
